We start with a detailed examination: we don't just treat the symptoms, we look for the contributing factors - muscle imbalances, inactive areas and triggers of pain or numbness. We discuss habits (sitting, sleeping, walking) and how to correct them.

Manual therapy
Precision soft tissue techniques to relax tense and activate weak muscles. We improve range of motion, reduce stiffness and prepare the body for exercise.
